Secure Budget Android Privacy Policy

GeoBuilt LLC ("GeoBuilt," "we," "us," or "our") operates Secure Budget for Android (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App handles, how it is used, and what GeoBuilt can and cannot access.

1. Information We Collect

Secure Budget is designed to store your budget data locally on your Android device. GeoBuilt does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or store your financial information on our servers. This includes:

  • Expense and income records
  • Bill names, due dates, reminders, and payment status
  • Budget profiles, settings, and categories
  • Transactions, debts, savings goals, and balance entries
  • Custom icons, receipt images, exports, backups, and imported files you choose to create or save
  • Any other financial information you enter into the App

The App does not require a bank account link, GeoBuilt account, email address, or sign-in to use core features.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. GeoBuilt does not receive or store your payment card details. The App may store purchase status or purchase token information locally on your device so Premium features can be unlocked or restored.

Secure Budget Premium options may include Monthly Premium at $0.99/month, Annual Premium at $9.99/year, and Lifetime Premium at $29.99 one-time. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account settings.

3. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

Secure Budget for Android does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. GeoBuilt does not collect usage analytics, device identifiers, crash reports, or in-app budget data from the App.

If you choose to share diagnostics with Google or your Android device manufacturer, that information is handled by those providers under their own policies and settings. GeoBuilt does not receive your in-app financial data through those diagnostics.

4. Device Permissions

Secure Budget may request access to device features only when needed for features you choose to use:

  • Biometrics, fingerprint, or device authentication - used only locally to unlock the App. Biometric data never leaves your device and is not accessible to GeoBuilt.
  • Notifications - used for bill reminders and other local reminders you enable. Notification data is not sent to GeoBuilt servers.
  • Files and storage access - used to import, export, back up, or save files you explicitly request.
  • Photos or camera - used only if you choose to attach, import, or select images such as receipt photos, custom icons, or profile images.
  • Internet - used for Google Play purchase and restore services, and for opening legal or support links you tap.

5. Third-Party Services

Secure Budget for Android uses Google Play services for in-app purchases, subscriptions, restore purchases, and purchase validation. Google handles payment information under Google's privacy policy and account settings.

6. Data Control and Deletion

Because Secure Budget stores budget data locally, you control that data on your device. You can delete records inside the App, export files you choose, delete backups you created, or remove App data by deleting the App from your device. GeoBuilt cannot remotely access, recover, or delete budget data stored only on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. GeoBuilt does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
